This false-colour view of Titan, derived from multiple wavelengths, was acquired during the first close fly-by.
Red and green colours (denoting infrared wavelengths) highlight methane, whereas the blue colour (ultraviolet) shows the high atmosphere and detached hazes. Clouds are apparent near Titan's South Pole (Image credit: NASA/JPL).
