1 The Global Infrasound Network

The Global Infrasound Network is designed to cover as much of the Earth's atmosphere given the constraint that sensors must be built on land. Of the 60 planned stations, those shown in dark red circles are complete and taking data, those shown in faded red circles are under construction, and the rest (open circles) are not yet complete. Currently 60% of the network is operational, with completion expected within five years.
