Observational challenge
A protoplanetary disk is a highly radiating infrared-emitting accretion disk
surrounding a very young star thought to be in the dynamic process of planet
formation. Their high infrared-emitting dust content could potentially cause them
to be confused with artificial Dyson spheres.
