If you use near IR lasers and light sources you may have used FJW's Find-R-Scope before. The Find-R-Scope is the original and still the best.

The standard Find-R-Scope operates out to 1.3μm (1.55μm optional) from a standard C style battery with >100 hour battery lifetime. Take a look through one and you'll notice the lack of pincushion or barrel distortion, this is because of our custom imaging optics.

These operate from a rechargeable battery; have an integrated viewfinder as well as video out. They operate out to 2.2μm!
