Master Bond’s adhesives product line includes multiple chemical systems including acrylic, epoxy, silicone, polyurethane adhesives and coatings as well as latex, polysulfide, polyamide and specialty cyanoacrylate adhesives and coatings. Types include industrial and custom UV curing adhesives, structural epoxy adhesives, thermally conductive adhesives, hot melt adhesives, instant cyanoacrylate, contact adhesives, films and performs and pressure sensitive adhesives. Special purpose cryogenic and low outgassing adhesives and coatings for industries including aerospace, electronic, microelectronic, automotive, telecommunications, medical, optical, photonics, underfill, chip bonding, PCB and surface mount adhesives.
