Zakopane Conference on Nuclear Physics

The conference will cover new developments in the study of nuclear structure and nuclear phenomena: from shell model states to highly collective excitations, from light to superheavy nuclei, from the exotic proton drip-line nuclei to the very neutron rich nuclear systems. We will discuss the role of todays nuclear structure research in the understanding of the astrophysical processes. A review of latest experimental methods and apparatus will include presentations of new opportunities and challenges arising at the radioactive ion beam facilities.
