21st International Symposium on Plasma Chemistry

The 21st International Symposium on Plasma Chemistry (ISPC 21) will be held at the Cairns Convention Centre, adjacent to Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, from 4 – 9 August 2013.

ISPC is a major bi-annual international conference with topics encompassing the whole area of plasma chemistry and processing science. The aim of the symposium is to present and discuss the recent progress in plasma chemistry and its many applications.

The symposium will include plenary lectures, invited and contributed oral presentations and poster sessions. The whole area of plasma processing from fundamentals to applications will be covered. The official language of the symposium is English.
