12th UK Annual LOT & J A Woollam Ellipsometry Seminar
LOT invite you to a J A Woollam Ellipsometry Seminar we are holding at the Holiday Inn Chessington on 30th October 2012.
The day is a free of charge seminar which is ideal for non-users as well as experienced users. The seminar will provide an overview of the product range as well as addressing new advances and developments in science, technology and ellipsometry applications.
An Applications Specialist from the J.A. Woollam Company will be speaking at length and a number of Ellipsometers will be set-up on the day.
Registration is free of charge for this day and will include lunch and refreshments. Numbers will be limited so early registration is advised.
