Model 015 pigtailed fiber collimator Sep 18, 2007

Model-015 consists of precise optical lens assembly and ~ 1 meter long connetorized fiber pigtail. Compact device collimates optical beam emerging from multi- or singl-mode fiber pigtail, or can couple collimated beam into different optical fibers.

Compact device collimates optical beam emerging from multi- or singl-mode fiber pigtail, or couples collimated beam into SM, MM or PM optical fibers. Optical fiber pigtail is bare cleaved or can be connectorized (FC/PC, FC/APC, SC- or SMA type connectors). Collimator is a compact device, having 5x30 mm size. Collimated beam diameter: 0.3- 1.5 mm, depending on optical fiber type.

• different fiber pigtails are available: SMF, PM, MMF (50-200 micrometer core size)
• optical fiber pigtail can be connectorized
• broadband (VIS-IR
• low back-reflections (-40 dB)
