Sensor Technologies LLC introduces the world’s first three-channel, bench-top Fluorescence Correlation Spectrometer. Now researchers can quantify single molecule binding, diffusion and cross-correlation at a fraction of the cost of expensive confocal laser microscopy systems. The patented QuantumXpertTM is a fully integrated FCS instrument that does not require the use of a fluorescence microscope, and this compact (15” x 17” x 5”) system requires no user alignment whatsoever. FCSXpertTM Software, a comprehensive acquisition and analysis package, allows for simultaneous detection in three channels and concurrent measurement of autocorrelation, cross-correlation, and photon counting histogram. The software also provides customized, assay-specific analysis, as well as highly flexible batch acquisition and analysis capabilities. The dual excitation, three channel detection design enables use of a broad range of common fluorophores. These features make the QuantumXpertTM easy to use and ideal for research in drug discovery, protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions, ligand-receptor binding, enzyme activation, molecular biology, and aggregation of fluorescently labeled molecules.
