Our digital linescan cameras can be configured with any of ou linear arrays. The compact housing provides power, data acquisition and temperature control circuits for optimal operation in a low noise, high resolution, high line rate system.

We offer a wide variety of line InGaAs arrays available for spectroscopic and imaging applications.

* 128, 256, 512 and 1024 pixel arrays
* 25 or 50 um pitch
* Spectral bands from 900 up to 2500 nm
* 1,2 or 3-stage TE coolers available
* Line rate up to 40 kHz
