Vacuum XUV Spectrometer, 10 to 1000 eV Feb 5, 2008

Grazing incidence spectrometer for Vacuum UV, Extreme UV (XUV) and Soft X-ray wavelength regions.

Research for attosecond lasers, extreme ultraviolet lasers and high harmonic lasers generation benefit from McPherson spectrometers ability to quickly and accurately provide XUV wavelength information. The spectrometers wavelength limit is ~1200eV (about 1nm.) It uses glancing angles up to 88 degrees to maintain good efficiency. The instrument operates in Rowland circle optical geometry. Wavelength reproducibility is 0.01nm and certified for each instrument shipped.
