OptoSci LDR Laser Current & TEC Drivers Sep 9, 2008

Elliot Scientific now offers the LDR range of laser current and thermo-electric controller driver modules from OptoSci. The range provides versatile platforms for stable current and TEC control of laser diodes, SOAs, SLDs, 980 nm pump lasers etc.

Fully integrated digital Eurocard modules are available, designed for device characterisation, prototype and experimental systems. They offer easy integration, full PC control and monitoring, or set & forget operation utilising the on-board EPROM.

Modules include power supply, ZIF mount, heatsink for a 14-pin butterfly package, USB interface with cable, and V-DRIVE control software.

Also offered is the LDRS Small Form Factor OEM device driver, based on the same LDR core hardware and offers similar high specifications as the Eurocard modules.
