Characterize emission and excitation spectrum as well as emission lifetime from the (vacuum) ultraviolet to the visible. A high resolution spectrometer for 200 to 800nm region is central to the open architecture system. Cool, sensitive, efficient 2D CCD spectral detection. Persistence data is collected via fast multichannel scaler. The vacuum sample chamber has either tunable light source (120 to 200nm) or selectable 146/147nm and 172nm sources.
