10gb ROSA components for MMF SFP plus transceivers Dec 2, 2008

This components adopt high performance GaAs PIN photo detector packaged with a separate amplifier to meet 10gb multimode optic transceiver requirements,the working wavelength is 850nm.the component is specially designed for sfp plus applications and its data rate is up to 10.6gbps.Its target applications include 10g Ethernet and Fiber Channel.This optical assembly could fit to work with either 50 type or 62.5 type multimode fiber.related 10g xfp sub components are also available for xfp transceiver applications.the component pin voltage is 10v,separate detector bias pin can be used for receive power monitoring.
