SK-1500ULJ high-performance, low-cost, handheld pulse generator. Output jitter (RMS) is less than 0.5ps. The maximum output frequency is 1.5GHz or 1.5Gbps on data channel.

Our SK-1500ULJ offers the best performance. Output jitter (RMS) is less than 0.5ps. The maximum output frequency is 1.5GHz or 1.5Gbps on data channel. Furthermore all models have two differential output pairs; one pair generates a clean, low-jitter clock, and the other pair generates a user defined 32-bit, 4K-bit user defined data pattern, or pre-defined PRBS patterns. It has two clocking modes: internal frequency synthesis or external triggered.
