Patents for Licensing Feb 10, 2009

Sub-Angstrom precision, short range (~10nm) optical instrumentation.

A number of patents from Vitrea are now open for exclusive licensing to interested parties. The patents relate to sub-nanometer precision measurement using optical phase amplification techniques, and suitable for small ranges (~10nm) such as in atomic force microscopy, optical stylus-based transduction methods, and masks.
