Single Photon Detector at VIS wavelength, based on a silicon avalanche photodiode. This counter is ambient light safe!

This product offers best-in-class timing resolution (40ps), record-low dead time (45ns), high maximum counting frequencies (20MHz), high timing stability, high detection efficiency over a wide spectral range and low dark count rate.
