10G modulators with integrated photodiode are ideally suited for use in long reach or very long reach metro applications as well as in long haul transmission.This product is optional at a fixed zero-chirp solution or at a fixed ±0.7 chirp solution, both packaged identically,it is with the integrated photodiode for bias and power control.used with fc attenuator,mu attenuator and other inline attenuators,these products provide the basis for spectrally efficient DWDM transmission utilizing dispersion tolerant modulation, remote power control and dynamic channel selection.
