Black Non-conductive and Conductive Spacecraft / Satellite Paints / Coatings Jun 15, 2009

Line of high solar absorption(~.98)and thermal emittance (.91) black paints/coatings for spacecraft and specialized terrestrial useage. Most have years of space testing and/or use. Some are conductive

Our line of black spacecraft paints / coatings have been used on the International Space Station since the first U.S. module was launched and continue to be used. The line includes both organic and inorganic paints, optical black, and tailorable electrically dissipative versions. In addition, they have spent years in space on the MISSE, an ongoing experiment that tests the effects of space on materials and coatings, and on a precursor, OPM, which AZ Technology designed and built and which was used on the Russian Space Station MIR.
