Optical properties measurement using in-house instruments AZ has developed and markets; for example, AZ's Spectrafire attached to a Thermo-Nicolet FTIR spectrometer, and AZ's LPSR 200IR. This allows measurement of total spectral reflectance directly within the wavelength range 2.5um to 40um and calculation of emittance and within the wavelength range 250nm to 2800nm calculation of solar absorption, transmittance, or emittance. Also, the TESA 2000 for some specific situations.

Also, all tests needed for LEED certification (ASTM E903, ASTM E408,ASTM E1918, ASTM E1980, ASTM C1549, ASTM C1371).
