The Nano-LPS Series is the lowest profile 3 axis piezo nanopositioning systems suitable for applications such as super resolution (SR) microscopy and force microscopy.

The Nano-LPS series continues the innovative design approach originally introduced by Mad City Labs. The Nano-LPS Series has been specifically designed for microscopy users for ease of use. At only 20mm tall and an 83mm wide center aperture, the Nano-LPS series is designed for practical microscopy users interested in nanoscale phenomena. The Nano-LPS series features up to 300 microns of motion per axis and picometer precision under closed loop control. Our proprietary PicoQTM sensors enable picometer position noise with ultra high stability, which is important for demanding applications such as SR microscopy techniques. With all these attributes the Nano-LPS is the undisputed leader in high precision microscopy motion.
