The Multipoint-to-Point systems are widely used for CCTV fiber optic video transmission,economic and effective in security surveillance.
The theory of multipoint-to-point and point-to-point transmission form is basically same.But receivers of multipoint-to-point all use rack-mount, the receivers are card style and inserted into chassis.That is transmitters are stand-alone,receivers are rack-mount, must use in pairs,for example,4-channel stand-alone transmitters must connect with 4-channel rack-mount receivers.This fiber optic video transmissions form advantage is to facilitate the back-end management,centralized power supply,and can be installed in standard 19-inch rack,also could choose network management system that could better monitor working state for convenient maintenance and management of fiber optic transmitters and receivers.
