Mendocino: Femtosecond Fiber Laser OEM Module - Seed Laser Dec 4, 2009

The seeding femtosecond fiber laser module is the most compact of commercially available passively mode-locked fiber lasers. The FPL-M series features a robust architecture that is insensitive to shock and vibration, and provides exceptional stability and reliability for demanding OEM applications. The wavelength can be selected throughout the C- L- and 1.0 µm band. Pulse width is factory selectable 0.1 ~ 15 ps, with near transform-limited pulse shape and a better than 20 dB pedestal. . Repetition rate can be specified from 10 to 50 MHz with low timing jitter . Output can be be througheither a polarization-maintaining (PM) or non-PM fiber output. An RF synchronization output is provided as a trigger signal. The 5 VDC power supply requirement permits easy integration as an OEM module.
