The LaserBoxx series, announced by Oxxius, is a new laser diode module offering exceptional optical performance in a driver integrated compact box.
The size of only 40x40x100mm3 allows an easy integration into existing instruments. It is available at 375, 405, 445, 488 and 640nm wavelengths at output power up to 130mW in TEM00 circular or cost effective elliptical beams.
Features include outstanding power stability (< 2 % over 8 hours), very low noise (< 0.5% rms from 10 Hz to 2 MHz), fast TTL modulation (< 10 ns rise/ fall times), extended analog modulation (> 2 MHz at -3 dB) and advanced control interfaces (analog, USB and RS232).
The LaserBoxx is built on highly stable mechanical frame to assure exceptional beam pointing stability and then long term output power stability for the Single-Mode fiber coupling option.
