Electronic systems exhibiting strong correlations continue to occupy a prominent position in condensed matter physics. Together with topological properties and frustration, strong correlations play a pivotal role in addressing some of the most exciting problems of our time. This workshop aims to convene leaders in strong correlations and frustration alongside experts in topological matter, fostering collaborative exploration of new physics at the intersections. Sriram Shastry has played a pioneering role in advancing the understanding of strongly correlated and frustrated systems for about half a century. His enduring contributions, from phenomenological insights to formal advancements, continue to flourish and propel the field forward. In celebration of Professor Shastry’s 75th birthday, this workshop provides a splendid occasion to evaluate the progress made thus far and collaboratively chart the future trajectory of this pivotal area in physics.
