From Monday May 11, some parts of PhysicsWeb will be restricted to registered users. Summaries of all articles and the email alerting service will remain free to everyone, but a username and password will be needed to access some parts of PhysicsWeb. Registration is free for members of the Institute of Physics and individual Physics World subscribers. A subscription to PhysicsWeb costs 25 pounds.
New features will be added to PhysicsWeb over the next few months to enhance the service offered to users.
