Lucy Rowlands is a PhD student contributor to Physics World, working in the Membrane Biophysics research group at Imperial College London, as part of the Chemical Biology CDT. Lucy is researching targeted liposomal drug delivery systems, with a focus on their physical characterization. When not doing her PhD, she enjoys aerial acrobatics and singing in the college choir.
