Paul Sherriffs
Paul Sherriffs is a PhD student contributor to Physics World. Paul is undertaking his PhD at Abertay University in Scotland, where he researches fingermark enhancement on challenging surfaces with a focus on thermal paper. He is also studying the effect of interactions between the substrate and development methods such as vacuum metal deposition through the use of atomic force microscopy, ATR-FTIR and other techniques.
When not in the lab, Paul enjoys reading and listening to an eclectic range of music.
