Shriram Rajurkar

Shriram Rajurkar is a PhD student contributor to Physics World, working as a radiation oncology medical physicist, DHR-ICMR research fellow in the department of radiotherapy at King George's Medical University, India. His research involves the implementation of a laser-based, cost-effective motion monitoring system for breast cancer radiotherapy, which can contribute to motion management during treatment delivery. Shriram enjoys reading and writing, and is keen to communicate scientific discoveries to the medical physics community.
