Unnati Akhouri

Unnati Akhouri is a PhD student contributor to Physics World. She is a Mildred Dresselhaus Fellow at Pennsylvania State University working towards a PhD in theoretical physics on topics of complexity and non-equilibrium dynamics in open quantum systems. She is also motivated to improve the relationship between science and society through science communication and outreach. In her spare time, she likes to draw illustrations, write poetry and go on long walks.
