Zoe Richardson

Zoe Richardson is a PhD student contributor to Physics World. She is undertaking a PhD at University College London (UCL). Her research focuses on utilizing quantum physics to speed up acquisition and machine learning to speed up reconstruction for real-time cardiac flow imaging, particularly in low-field scanners. She loves to teach quantum mechanics, and is very interested in the applications of physics in medicine. Outside of the degree she enjoys netball and knitting.
