On the International Day of Medical Physics, we are hosting two separate online events on Zoom, scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. as well as from 3 to 6 p.m. Part 1 focuses on current research topics and technologies in the field of medical physics in radiology. During the part 2 current research projects in the field of medical physics in radiation oncology will be presented. Experienced researchers and postdocs as well as PhD students will be contributing to each part. At the end of part 2, you can virtually visit the Heidelberg Ion-Beam Therapy Center (HIT) as well as the 3 Tesla MRI and the ETHOS Linac at DKFZ.
